(plaintiff Charles James Daw being a trustee) for benefit of Miss Fanny Emma Hervey alias Russell (a defendant, of unsound mind) and Eva Hervey, her daughter. Deposited 5 March 1894 by plaintiffs Daw, since deceased, Joseph Sparke and William Hope.
