Description

Cause: Re Coghlan (Broughton v Broughton). Papers apparently relating to claim of Martin Coghlan to property of John Coghlan, deceased, of 'Clonbonu' [Clonbunny, Tipperary?] and printed books produced in support thereof:- (i) Donay Bible (1843); (ii) 'The Philosophical Grammar' (lacking title page) (c.1780?). Impounded [11 December 1894] by order of Mr. Justice Kekewich.
