Cause: Weston v Munday's Trustee (1892 W.165) Deed of mortgage by Charles Robert Munday (bankrupt) to Albert William Munday of 1-4 Myrtle Terrace, Swardale Road, and 7-12 Rymer Road, Alma Road, in Wandsworth, SURREY, and related papers. Impounded [22 February 1893] by direction of Mr Justice Romer.
