IV c.65) Counterpart deed of lease of 2 King Street, St James, Westminster, MIDDLESEX, late of John George Swindell and belonging to his children John Sudlow Swindell, M.D, and Fanny Swindell, now wife of Digby Brooke de Blaisy, and his infant grandchildren Wilhelmina Frances Rose and Mary Louisa Henrietta Swindell (children of William Frederick Swindell, deceased). Deposited 28 November 1889.
