Cause: Re Parkes Memorandum of agreement by William Hicklin for mortgage of 81 Green Lanes, Stoke Newington, MIDDLESEX, to Augustus Ross (at whose petition order was made). Deposited [31 January 1889] by Edward Hewitt Fletcher (trustee in bankruptcy of Edward William Parkes, solicitor).
