Description

Cause: (Re Park, (Cole v Park (1887 P1073), and (Re Park, (Park v Cole (1887 P1101). Papers relating to trusts of estate of John Cornelius Park, deceased, of Teddington, MIDDLESEX, referring to property there and at South Hayling, HANTS, with articles (including trinkets and photograph portraits) claimed by Miss Margaret Josephine Smith; parties in the actions being respectively deceased's surviving executor and trustee Edward Cole (with others) and deceased's son Cornelius John Park. Deposited [6 June 1889] by Messrs Crosse and Sons, solicitors. Includes 4 photographs depicting: Photograph portraits amongst papers relating to estate of John Cornelius Park of Teddington, Middlesex. Dated [1889].
