Deed of settlement, on marriage of defendants Thomas Paxon and Ann his wife (then Ann Dettmer), of contents of Thomas's house 27 Inkerman Road, Kentish Town, MIDDLESEX and Ann's interest in shares in St. Stephen's Mutual Benefit Building Society, trustees being plaintiff George Dettmer (pianoforte maker, Ann's father) and defendant Charles Day. Deposited 26 April 1889 by defendants Paxon and wife.
