Description

Cause: Brandon v Noah (1888 B1409). Copies (one manuscript, one typesript) of script of play 'The Love That Kills' adapted by defendant Robert Philips Noah and plaintiff Jocelyn Brandon from the French of Alphonse Daudet's 'L'Arlésienne' (music by Bizet) [produced by plaintiff in January 1888 at Prince of Wales Theatre, LONDON (see Annual Register)]. Deposited by defendant [2 May 1888].
