Description

Cause: McClure v Pringle (1884 M1228). Deeds and related documents concerning property (The Wilderness Club) at Richmond, SURREY, mortgaged by Joseph Henry McClure to defendants Reginald Pringle and Thomas Dudley, who were trustees of settlement on his marriage to Miss Ellen Bottomley which concerned coal rights in Whiston and Huyton, LANCASHIRE, plaintiffs being Joseph Crossland McClure and Elaine McClure, infants. Deposited by defendants [2 June 1887].
