Cause: Whitman v Aitken (1865 W.92) Probate (1821) of will of John Twemlow, drug broker and merchant; title deeds of property at Congleton and Astbury, CHESHIRE, devised by his will to John Rosson, deceased, for life referring also to property in Stadmerslow, STAFFORDSHIRE; certificates of burials; copy wills of Charles Henry Johnson (of Brazenose College, Oxford, OXFORDSHIRE) (182), John Ford (1795); and Judith Alsager (1795); John Whitman (since deceased) and Elizabeth Gill Whitman, his widow, (also since deceased) being principal plaintiffs, and Miss Elizabeth Aitken and George Augustus Daviss defendants.
