Cause: (Re Benns, Hile v Huggins (1883 B11). Probate (1866) of will of John Benns of Shoreditch, MIDDLESEX, fish factor, and deeds and papers relating to property in Shoreditch devised thereunder (some referring also to property in Edgware Road, MIDDLESEX.); plaintiff being Sophia Hile, wife of William Hile, and defendants said Huggins (out of jurisdiction) and William Richard Hile (since deceased) and Sophia Hile, his widow. Deposited [24 December 1885] by defendants Robert Huggins and Sophia Hile.
