Description

Cause: Clark v Dunn (1878 C381). Deed of acknowledgment by Matthew Jackson and others, purchasers of manor of Skerton and lands etc. in Skerton and Torrisholme, LANCASHIRE, that they hold them in trust for benefit of tenants of Skerton. Deposited [19 Jan.1882] by defendants William Dunn and Charles Lawson Whalley.
