(1) Duplicate inventories of (a) pictures, books and furniture delivered to General Jenkin Jones, guardian and next friend of infant plaintiff William Richard Colin Jones Byron, and (b) furniture etc. stored at Gaunt House, Leek, STAFFORDSHIRE. in custody of defendant, trustee of will of Richard Gaunt. (2) Counterpart deed of lease of Gaunt House to Manchester and Liverpool District Bank Limited. Deposited (i) 15 March 1881 by defendant John Allen and (ii) 21 July 1883.
