Probate (1875) of will of Mary Hutley (wife of Stephen Hutley) and deeds relating to trusts thereunder concerning property in Lambeth, Bermondsey, Christ Church and Egham, SURREY, Marylebone, St. Pancras, Kensington, St Giles in the Fields, Hampstead Parsons Green, Westminster, Limehouse, Shoreditch, Hackney, Mile End, St George the Martyr, St. John's Wood, Hammersmith and Barnes, MIDDLESEX, Melksham, WILTSHIRE, Walthamstow, ESSEX and Herne Bay, KENT; plaintiffs being Thomas William, Elizabeth Martha, Susan Ann and John Edward Deards, infants by Thomas Grimston Deards their father and principal defendant Putt, a trustee. Deposited [27 August 1880] by defendant Edward Putt.
