Cause: Fox v Hawks Deeds and papers relating to mortgage of property in South Penge, SURREY by defendant Henry Clinton Fox (husband of plaintiff Emma Alice Fox). Deposited [1 January 1880] by defendants Robert Shafto Hawks and James John Stokes; documentsto be impounded as forgeries.
