Description

Cause: Re Lord (1872 L.2) (Part 1 of 3). Title deeds and papers relating to property in Northian and Beckley, Sussex, (including plan of house) of Moreton John Everard Frewen, deceased, and in Cranbrook, KENT (including also a paper relating to lands in Thorington andBentley [ESSEX]); probate of will of Luke Spenser of Cranbrook (1714); copy of will of Rev Thomas Frewen, Rector of Northian (1676); extracts of will of Thomas Pix of Northian (1810). Deposited [2 June 1876] by Charles Hay Frewen, on application on behalf of infants Charlotte Frewen Lord, Selena Lord and Emily Frewen Lord.
