Cause: Hobson v Scarlett (1873 H28) (Part 11 of 11). Books of Stockport Permanent Benefit Building Society, CHESHIRE of which Peter Scarlett, principal defendant, was Manager, and papers (including printed prospectuses, rule books etc) relating to its affairs; plaintiffs being Jonathan Hobson, James Macauley and Arthur Kaine on behalf of themselves and all other members of Society except such as were named defendants. Deposited by Scarlett [18 January 1876]. Pass Books (Subscribers').
