Books of Stockport Permanent Benefit Building Society, CHESHIRE of which Peter Scarlett, principal defendant, was Manager, and papers (including printed prospectuses, rule books etc) relating to its affairs; plaintiffs being Jonathan Hobson, James Macauley and Arthur Kaine on behalf of themselves and all other members of Society except such as were named defendants. Deposited by Scarlett [18 January 1876]. Books of Rules; Pass Books (Subscribers').
