Deeds and papers relating to trusts held by James Sumner concerning property in Clapham, Peckham and Wandsworth, SURREY, Whitechapel Road and Commercial Road, MIDDLESEX. and Abchurch Lane, LONDON, including probates of wills of John Sumner of Whitechapel (1809), Henry Jacob Knabchurch of London (1813), Susan Sumner of Whitechapel, widow (1825), William Edwards of Whitechapel (1827) and Joseph Pritchard of Clapham (1832); extract will of Samuel Sumpter of London (1796); administration of Henry Thomas Kilsby of Wandsworth (1850); printed particulars of sale; printed prospectus of girls' boarding school. Deposited by plaintiff Thomas Tertius Flather.
