Description

Cause: Re Fairweather (and Re Act of 10 [sic] Geo. IV and 1 Will IV, C.65) Counterpart deed of lease by Richard Fairweather, infant, to John Hilton Ridley of timberyard in Newcastle on Tyne, NORTHUMBERLAND, in pursuance of contract by Jessie Fairweather, widow and administratrix of Richard Fairweather, his father, to sell to Ridley his said father's business of mahogany and timber merchant. Deposited 8 April 1875.
