Copy wills of George Ashness (1854) and Miss Ann Ashness (1866) both of Battersea Rise, SURREY, and papers relating to disputes about their estates between George Henry Wells of Madrid, SPAIN (plaintiff) and Mrs. Mary Ann Wells and William Ashness Wells, his mother and brother respectively (defendants); papers relating to previous Chancery causes Wells v Wells (1867 W.36) (between same parties) and Wells v Carr (1869 W.125) (plaintiff being Mary Ann Wells); papers (including house plans) relating to property of A. Stamfa in Constantinople, TURKEY; copy deed of partnership in business of Joseph and G.A. Palmer of Olney, BUCKINGHAMSHIRE. [Deposited 16 December 1873].
