Description

Cause: Patent Marine Inventions Company Limited v Wier (1872 P190). Printed copies of specifications of patents of invention of John George Hughes and Frederick Newton Gisborne for telegraphic signals (1842 Number 9385) and communicating signals (1863 Number 3208) respectively. Deposited 1 February 1873 by defendant Marshall Arthur Wier on filing answer.
