Cause: Walsh v Parke (1869 W.221) (Part 1 of 19). Chipperfield v Walsh (1870 C.183) Books and papers relating to moneylenders' and loan officekeepers' business late of John Walsh and William Hume Parke (for small loans, operated from public houses in Marylebone and Chelsea MIDDLESEX. and Bermondsey, SURREY), whose widows Elizabeth Jane Walsh and Anna Maria Parke were respectively plaintiff and defendant in first cause and joint defendants in second cause at suit of Robert George Chipperfield for himself and other satisfied creditors of Walsh and Parke Deposited by receiver [26 June 1872].
