Description

Cause: Henry Wyatt (1868 H52). Plaintiffs: Miss Elizabeth Ann Henry and her sister Emma Constance Henry, infants, by their father and next friend John Snowden Henry [M.P.], and said Mr. Henry Defendants: Matthew Wyatt and Edward Samuel Alderson (solicitor) Papers relating to alleged marriage by Scottish law of Miss Elizabeth Ann Henry, ward of court, to Hon. Theobald Fitzwalter Butler, younger son of Lord Dunboyne, at Kirouchtree KIRKCUDBRIGHT; including copy of book by Brownlow North"Yes!" or"No!" or God's Offer of Salvation (2nd etc) (London, 1867). Deposited [16 January 1872] order of the Lords Justices of Appeal.
