Probate (1849) of will and administration (1858) with will annexed of John Gillyatt Booth, and deeds, plans and papers relating to property (including distilleries) in Brentford and in St. Sepulchre and Clerkenwell, MIDDLESEX, referring also to property in Hornsey, St George [in the East] and Westminster, MIDDLESEX, Stanstead Abbots, HERTFORDSHIRE, Wrotham and Bromley, KENT, West Ham, ESSEX, and Marston Moretaine, Lidlington Milton Ernest (Bassetts manor), Clapham, Oakley and Pavenham, BEDFORDSHIRE. including:- articles of agreement (1836) between John Gillyatt Booth and Sir Felix Booth, bart, partners with their late brother William Booth in distillery business; like articles (1762) between Percival Hart, Joseph Shaw, Thomas Milward and David Roberts; probates of wills of Miss Mary Datchelor of LONDON (1725), Beatrix Cooke of LONDON, widow (1731), Elizabeth wife of John Wolley of Islington, MIDDLESEX. (1782) and William Smith of Clerkenwell (1766); administration with will annexed ? originally proved 1723) of Joseph Moxon of Middle Temple, LONDON; copy of wills of Catherine Lindsey, widow, of Enfield, MIDDLESEX. (1738), Miss Ann Stancliffe of Enfield (1744) and John Smith of LONDON (1784); printed particulars of sale; plaintiff if first cause being John Booth, committee of George Booth, insane, and in second cause Philip Booth. Deposited [17 January 1870] by defendants James Valentine and Daniel Peacock Wildbore.
