Description

Cause: Williams v Games (see Morgan v Higgins,J 90/131-148). Deed of mortgage by Rev Thomas Prosser Williams and Bridget Ann his wife to Thomas Downes of said Mrs. Williams's share in property called The Lane in Bryngwyn, Llanbedr Painscastle and Clyro, RAD, and Perthydion in Llowes, RAD, warehouses in Bristol and residuary personal estate of Thomas Hughes, deceased, and related papers; plaintiff being said Mrs. Williams by Evan Williams her next friend, and defendants William Games, John Lilwall and said Thomas Prosser Williams. Deposited 7 May 1869 by defendant William Games.
