Description

Cause: Shaw v Cooke (1869 S92). Deeds and papers relating to property in Spalding, Whaplade, Cowbit and Moulton, LINCS, late of Rev Dr. Anthony Boulton, including:- evidences of descent of claimants to title; probate of will of Robert Dixon of Holbeach, LINCOLNSHIRE. (1780); copy wills of Mary Dixson of Holbeach, widow (1804) and John Robinson of Moulton (1842); abstract of will of Richard John Marker of Uffculme, DEVON. Deposited [27 August 1869] by defendant Isaac Cooke.
