Description

Cause: Terrett v Taylor (1865 T146). Books and papers relating to business of Terrett, Taylor and Terrett of Bristol, makers of patent 'anti-lithen' composition for prevention of incrustation in steam boilers, in which defendant and plaintiffs were partners. Deposited (i) [13 March 1866] by defendant John Charles Taylor and (ii) 12 May 1866 by plaintiffs Charles and Thomas Terrett.
