Description

Cause: Levilly v Parker, Levilly v Crosse (1862 L.19) Pawn tickets, receipts and other papers relating to debts and pledged goods; plaintiff being James Levilly on behalf of himself and all other unsatisfied creditors of Thomas Comyns Parker late of Inner Temple, LONDON. Deposited [6 and 16 December 1864] by Emma Frances Evelyn Parker, claiming to be a creditor of Thomas Comyns Parker.
