Cause: Gregory v Cresswell, Ellison v Thomas (and associated causes) [R1834 G5]. Document type: Deeds of settlement on marriage of Anna Maria Wotton to Estcourt Cresswell relating to property in Widecombe in the Moor, Holme, Staverton, Ashburton, Dartington and Totnes, Devon, Bibury (including manors and rectory), Maysey Hampton, Stratton and Lechlade, Gloucestershire, Broughton Poggs, Oxfordshire, and Inglesham, Berkshire. Deposited [17 June 1864] by defendant Frances Henry Thomas.
