Deed of settlement by George Leader on George Thomas Leader and Sophia Priscilla his wife, of property in Oxford Street, St. John's Wood, Grove Road and Baker's Mews, Marylebone, MIDDLESEX, - of which defendant was trustee - and papers relating to claim under same of settler's grand-daughters in Jamaica; plaintiff being Susannah Turnbull. Deposited 31 December 1863 by defendant Thomas Henry Walker.
