Description

Cause: Pince v Beattie (1857 P4). Deeds and papers relating to establishment of claim of plaintiff Frederick Burton Pince to residuary estate of his grandmother Mrs. Margaret Blair Niven, formerly Pince, and trust arising therefrom involving mortgage of property in Southwark, SURREY. Deposited [15 July 1863] by defendants James Beattie and Henry Wilkyns.
