Description

Cause: Deakin v Spittle Probate (1846) of will of Joseph Partridge of West Bromwich, STAFFORDSHIRE, and papers relating to trust thereunder concerning property in West Bromwich, including copy will of Charles Hughes, coal master (1848); extract from will of Luke Gilbert the younger (1848); printed particulars of sale of Hill Top Colliery. Deposited [20 March 1863] by Messrs Hooper and North.
