Description

Cause: Smith v Davies (1862 S69). Deeds and papers (including printed particulars of sale) relating to mortgaged property in Worcester WORCESTERSHIRE. of William Henry Smith, coal merchant, and to his estate, including administration of Mrs Elizabeth Sargent of Kempsey (1808); copy wills of John Southall (1730), John Salter (1834) and John Willis (1845), all of Worcester, and Maria Knowles Newcomb, widow, of Kidderminster WORCESTERSHIRE. (1844). Deposited [10 June 1862] by defendants Walter Davis and Edward Price.
