Cause: Crane v Thompson (i) Probate (1826) of will of John Paton, administration with wills annexed of William Foden Holt (1829 and 1861) and John Paton (1861) and administrations of Thomas Facer Crane (1861), Mrs. Caroline Crane (1861) and Miss Louisa Hewitt Paton (1861), all of LONDON, will (1808) of William West of Islington, MIDDLESEX, and related papers; (ii) papers relating to funds belonging the estate. Deposited (i) [11 March 1862] by plaintiff Frederick Paton Crane and (ii) [13 March 1862] by defendant Thomas Thompson.
