Description

Cause: (i) Woodhead v Turner, (ii) Woodhead v Higginbotham, (iii) Woodhead v Turner, (iv) Woodhead v Turner Deeds relating to trusts under wills of brothers Samuel and Moses Hadfield, involving Old Hall estate in Hollingworth; in Mottram Longdendale, CHESHIRE, parties being (i) George Woodhead, deceased, v. John Turner, deceased, and others, (ii) George Woodhead, deceased, v. John Higginbotham and another, (iii) George Woodhead, deceased, v Anne Turner, widow, and others, (iv) Samuel Woodhead and others v Anne Turner, widow and others. Deposited [5] September 1861 by defendants Anne Turner, widow and Randal Hibbert Alcock.
