Cause: Mackreth v Carne (1860 M141). Correspondence etc. relating to estate and affairs of defendant Mrs. Carne's late husband Thomas Stevens Carne and his property at Freetown, SIERRA LEONE; plaintiff having been formerly his partner in firm of Carne and Mackreth, general merchants, of LONDON and SIERRA LEONE. Deposited (i) [14 May 1861] by defendants Olivia Carne, widow, Robert Armstrong, Peter Harris and William Harris Richings, and (ii) [26 August 1861] by plaintiff Henry Williams Mackreth.
