Cause: Warren v Rudall, Hall v Rudall Deeds and papers relating to leasehold property, 10 and 11 Pickering Terrace, Bayswater, MIDDLESEX, (also described as in Westbourne Green or Royal Oak, Paddington) subject to will of William Hall (referring also to other property in Bayswater and in Rathbone Place, MIDDLESEX); William Hall Warren being principal plaintiff in first cause and principal defendant in second, Henry Edward Hall principal plaintiff in second cause, James Rudall principal defendant in first cause, and Attorney General a defendant in second cause. Deposited by receiver [13 and 27 April 1860].
