Description

Cause: Portus v Street, Worsley v Street, Portus v Street, Portus v Street (1855 P6) . (Former department reference: From P).

  • Duplicate inventory of household goods bequeathed to Mrs. Jane Worsley (plaintiff in second cause) during widowhood by her husband, Robert Worsley. Deposited by Mrs. Jane Worsley [3 March 1859]. (Note: Order in Chancery: 1859 January 29). Dated 1856.
  • Title-deeds, with related papers, of property in Golborne, LANCASHIRE, of which John Barton and Rev Thomas Quick (defendants in third cause) were late trustees under Robert Worsley's will. Deposited 1 February 1860 by said defendants Barton and Quick. (Note: Order in Chancery: 1859 December 19). Dated 1800-1824.
