Cause: Mertens v Haigh (1858 M39) (Part 1 of 5). Books and papers relating to importation of cotton by Thomas Haigh of Liverpool, LANCASHIRE from New Orleans etc, USA, and Bombay, INDIA. Deposited (i) [22 February and 25 February 1860 and 29 January 1861 by defendant Robert Bell and (ii) [17 April 1860] by defendants Thomas, Reginald and Edwin Haigh. Papers; Warehouse Order Books.
