Rent books, papers etc. relating to estate of Thomas Mason, coffee house keeper, formerly painter and glazier, deceased. Involves property in Somers Town, Marylebone and St. Pancras, MIDDLESEX, and Gravesend, KENT. Includes printed particulars of sale, registered design of parquetage, and circulars of London Association for Protection of Trade. Deposited by defendant [13 February 1860].
