Description

Cause: Trapaud v Hall (1858 T26). Plaintiffs: [?] Trapaud and John Ladaveze Plaistow (commonly called Marquis de St Maurice). Defendants: Thomas Henry Hall, Cyrus Plaistow Trapaud, and Henry Joyce Newark and Catherine Margaret Irene his wife. Administration with will annexed (and related papers) of Maria Teresa Trapaud (née Adlercron) of St Martin in the Fields, Middlesex, who died in 1836. She was the wife of Francis Plaistow Trapaud, and mother of the plaintiff John Ladaveze Plaistow. Deposited 27 April 1859 by John Ladaveze Plaistow.
