Description

Cause: Southgate v Southgate (1859 S132). Title deeds, with related papers, of property on Saffron Hill in St. Andrew, Holborn, MIDDLESEX, sold by William John Taylor to Ephraim Southgate; Pedigree and evidence of descent of Taylor family; Probates of wills of Susannah Holland, widow, of St. Andrew, Holborn (1703) and William Taylor of St. Sepulchre, LONDON, (1799); Copy wills of Stephen Richards of Saffron Hill (1829) and John Taylor of Exning, SUFFOLK (1832). Deposited [6 August 1859] by defendants Samuel Southgate, Anne Maria Southgate his wife, James McLean and Susannah McLean his wife.
