Description

Cause: Derbishire v Home Deeds relating to mortgage of trust fund for benefit of Mary Edwardine, wife of Henry Grant Derbishire, residuary heiress of Sir John Stuart. Deposited 29 November 1859 severally by defendants (i) Richard John Cole and Richard Nation, (ii) Edward Jenner Murray and (iii) John Taylor.
