Description

Cause: (1) Bayley v Casse (1858 B68), (2) Casse v Bayley. Correspondence and other papers relating to claim against Sir John Bayley, bart, and Lyttleton Holyoake Bayley as trustees and executors of Alexander, Lord Saltoun (of Philorth House, ABERDEEN by Mrs. Ann or Abigail Casse, professing to be Mrs. Ann Carter of St. John's Wood, MIDDLESEX. and formerly Lord Saltoun's mistress; Papers in Scottish cause between same partners; Letters of Lord Saltoun to Mrs. Carter. [Deposited (i) 24 June 1859 and 17 February 1860 and (ii) 23 January 1860].
