Cause: Winearls v Faircloth (1856 W.96) Deeds and papers relating to title to property in Morningtoft, Whissonsett, Stanfield, Gressenhall, Great Fransham, Necton (advowson), Sparham, Great Dunham, Downham Market, Holme Hale, Brisley and West Lynn, NORFOLK including:- printed Enclosure Act (1812) for Whissonsett, Stanfield and Morningtoft and original award thereunder (1816); pedigree of Sir Robert Clifton, bart; proofs of birth etc. of Goodwyn family; probate of will of William Winearls of Morningtoft (1844); copy will of Rev William Young of Swaffham (1794); copy administration of William Goodwyn of Sherford (1820).
