- Inventory of plate given as heirlooms with the estate of Rev Thomas Henry Newport, deposited in a bank by defendants John Bury and Thomas Henry Davis, trustees of his will. Deposited 26 February 1868. (Note: Order in Chancery: 1858 January 28). Dated 1858.
- Duplicate inventory, signed by plaintiff Henry Allan Wakeman Newport (formerly infant), of plate, pictures, books, furniture etc. at Hanley Court, WORCESTERSHIRE, delivered to him as heirlooms under Rev Thomas Henry Newport's will (bound in blue cloth). (Note: Order in Chancery: 1862 December 6). Dated 1863.
