Cause: Samuel v Dunn Copy Will (1830) of John Hatley, yeoman, of Margaretting, ESSEX, and deeds and papers relating to his estate (of which his niece Mrs. Sarah Samuel was a residuary legatee and Henry B. Dunn, solicitor, trustee), involving property atMargaretting and Writtle, ESSEX, Mile End, MIDDLESEX, and Bermondsey, SURREY, and including genealogical material. [Deposited 12 June 1855].
