Cause: Pink v Pink, Pink v Sauvage, Pin v Derbyshire Deeds and other evidences of title relating to Draxhall Estate in St. Ann's, JAMAICA, including papers in Jamaica Chancery cause Attorney General v Beckford about free school to be established under will of Charles Drax in St. Ann's (1799); certified copy of Act of Council discharging William Beckford of Fonthill from all claims in foregoing matter (1802); exemplification of probate of will of Charles Drax (1721); certified copy of will of William Barnett (1745). Deposited 26 November 1855 by defendant William Hyde Pink pursuant to order requiring their transmission from Jamaica.
