Description

Cause: Deekes v Stanhope Papers relating to claim of Col. Stanhope (of Putney, SURREY) for release and indemnity by St Marylebone Bank on his resignation as Director and Trustee. Deposited [7 December 1855] by defendant Hon Col. Leicester Stanhope (afterwards Lord Mornington).
